Texotherm™ Series are high performance heat transfer fluid, formulated with highly refined paraffinic base stocks for good inherent thermal stability and long service life. They contain a range of selected additives designed to optimise oxidation resistance, rust and corrosion protection and minimise air entrainment. Texotherm™ provides efficient, reliable performance at temperatures between -15°C and +320°C, ensuring easy start-up and clean, stable performance at elevated temperatures over extended operating periods.

Texotherm™ HT series are high performance synthetic heat transfer fluid, formulated to operate over a wide temperature range, from -45°C up to +320°C, where it gives excellent oxidation stability and deposit-free operation. Texotherm™ HT series provides a long service life in closed heat transfer systems. Its low pour point provides energy-efficient start-up and good pumpability in sub-zero ambient temperatures, where pipes or expansion tanks may be sited outdoors.
Texotherm™ HT series are recommended for indirect heat transfer in closed systems operating in a wide range of applications, such as chemical, leather, textile, rubber, chipboard, food, building materials and fodder processing operations. It is also suitable for use in laundries
Within its wide operating temperature range Texotherm HT series can also be used in cooling applications for the removal of process heat

Texotherm™ FG Series are high performance synthetic heat transfer fluid formulated to operate over a wide temperature range, from -25°C up to +310°C, where it gives excellent oxidation stability and deposit-free operation. Texotherm™ FG Series provides a long service life in closed heat transfer systems. Its low pour point provides energy-efficient start-up and good pumpability in sub-zero ambient temperatures, where pipes or expansion tanks may be sited outdoors. They were formulated to meet the stringent requirements for USDA-H1 lubricants and are designed for use in the food and beverage industry where incidental contact with food is possible.

Texotherm™ FG-S Series are formulated for use as an NSF H1 registered hot oil medium for both open and closed heat transfer systems. It is a fully synthetic fluid that has naturally low carbon forming characteristics, low volatility, good heat capacity and effective high temperature thermal stability, which provides long life in heat transfer service.

Texol Texotherm System Cleaner with oil lubricated systems or components there is a need for regular oil changes, as application or outside influences may have changed the properties of the oil ( e.g. ageing, abrasion, contamination etc. ). The objective of the change to new oil is to secure safe operation and lubrication. Even with diligently carried out oil changes, often some used oil quantities remain in the system. By simple flushing of the system, this problem can be avoided.
