Texol Hydosyn™ HD hydraulic fluids combine advanced, high quality solvent refined base stocks with latest technology additive systems, maximising oxidation protection in high speed, high-pressure vane and gear pumps, and the critical bronze-on-steel components in axial piston pumps.
Recommended for use in all high-performance, heavy duty hydrauılic systems, including high speed / pressure vane and gear pumps, and axial piston pumps. Excellent compatibility with bronze and steel components and all types of valves and servos.
Texol Hydosyn™ HD 100 – 150 meet the requirements of ANSI/AGMA 9005 E-02 for hydraulic and vacuum pump lubrication as rust and oxidation inhibited lubricants

Texol Hydosyn™ HD-S severe service hydraulic fluid is high quality polyalphaolefin based and formulated with high performance and extremely shear stable additive systems, designed to deliver advanced multi-grade viscosity performance across a very wide range of temperatures, in arduous operating conditions.
Recommended for use in all high-performance, heavy duty hydraulic systems, under a wide range of environmental and operating temperatures, including high speed, high-pressure vane and gear pumps, and axial piston pumps. Excellent compatibility with bronze, steel and silver-plated components.

Texol Hydosyn™ HFC series are advanced technology formulation designed to meet 7th Luxembourg report requirements. This latest generation hydraulic fluid delivers world-class lubrication and wear protection in high shear stres situations, maximising system performance and protection.
Texol Hydosyn™ HFC series are recommended for all hydraulic system operating close to hot surfaces and flames and where a fire hazard exists in case of a leak of pressurised hydraulic fluid
Texol Hydosyn™ HFC series are recommended for casting under pressure, tilting devices, and elevator chariots in mines; hydraulic systems in continuous casting equipment, gate controls and tilting oven system in the steel industry; oven door controls, tilting oven systems and forging presses in forging operations; welding robots; and applications in the marine and aviation sectors

Super high performance fire resistant hydraulic fluid
Texol Hydosyn™ HFDU is a highly advanced synthetic hydraulic fluid designed to maximise fire resistance and meets and exceeds 7th Luxembourg Report requirements. The fully synthetic ester based fluid delivers outstanding and highly stable high viscosity index performance and stays in grade in demanding high temperature operations, over a very long service period.
Recommended for use where high temperature surfaces, flame or other sources of ignition would cause fire in conventional mineral hydraulic fluids, or where the risk of fire due to high pressure fluid release is concern

Synthetic technology hydraulic oils, physiologically safe, USDA H1 registration
Texol Hydosyn™ FG are hydraulic oils, especially developed to meet the special requirements of the food and beverage industries. They are based on pharmaceutical and synthetic oils contain carefully selected additives to prevent wear, oxidation and corrosion. Texol Hydosyn™ FG hydraulic oils comply with and even exceed DIN 51524 part 2 for HLP hydraulic oils.

Texol Hydosyn™ FG-S hydraulic oils comply with and even exceed DIN 51524 part 2 for HLP hydraulic oils and CLP gear oils.
