Fully synthetic calciumsulphonate complex soap corrosion preventive grease

Texol Grease WD is state-of-the-art lubricant utilizing a complex calcium sulphonate thickening system. Texol Grease WD is a corrosion preventive grease containing cold flow enhancers and temperature resistant additives.

Texol Grease WD is specifically designed for application to overhead line conductors operating under high temperature conditions. This is defined by certain standards as meaning temperature up to and including 200°C. It used to be applied during the wire stranding process to steel cored aluminium overhead conductor cables. These cables are likely to have a life-span in excess of 20 years and be subjected to all weather conditions.

Texol Grease WD has good low temperature characteristics remaining flexible down to -40°C without ant tendency to crack or flake.

Grease HC Series

Heavy-duty high temperature grease lubricants

Texol Grease HC is especially used for the lubrication of mechanically and termally extreme-loaded roller and sliding bearings, whell hubs and release bearings of couplings. It complies to the requirement TL 9150-0075/2 and is approved according to the Code Grease HC. Due to its content of synthesis oil based on polyalphaolefins. Texol Grease HC offers longer service lives compared to mineral oil based greases. Thus, the additional lubrication intervals can be prolonged which in consequence reduces the consumption of grease.

Fully synthetic grease for low temperature – High Speeds

Texol Grease HSX 2 fully synthetic ester base, special calcium thickener and antioxidant, antiwear anticorrosive additives. It is a lubricant accepted for incidental food contact, classified as H1. Grease specially indicated for lubrication of roller bearings, plain bearings and other mechanisms working at:

Very high speeds, with a speed factor up to 1.200.000 ( speed factor: Average bearing diameter in mm X rotational speed in rpm ).

Low temperatures, down to -60°C.

Suited for application in spindle bearings in CNC tool machines in the metalworking industry, bearings and other mechanisims in freezing tunnels in ice cream and frozen food production.

Grease Moly EP Series

High temperature grease for long-term lubrication

Texol Grease Moly EP 2 is high performance Grease for long-term lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings at high operating temperatures as well as at normal or medium bearing pressures. Texol Grease Moly EP 2 has a dark color due to the molydenum disulphide contained in it. It features an even higher load bearing capacity and good emergency running properties.

Fully synthetic high temperature greases

Texol Grease PTFE is chemically and thermally stable high-temperature greases on a fully synthetic basis. There are universally applied for long-term lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings especially when exposed to hostile ambient conditions.

For rolling and sliding bearings with extremely extended relubrication interbals such as in: film stretching machines tenter frames for textiles oven carriages in the ceramics industry

Grease PU Series

Ultra high performance fully synthetic Polyurea grease

Texol Grease PU is an ultra high performance poly alpha olefin based Grease. It is combined with an advanced polyurea thickener, designed to provide low volatility performance and oxidation resistance over an extended service life, at temperatures of up to +200°C and intermittently up to +230°C. Texol Grease PU provides outstanding pumpability in centralised systems, resisting the formation of hard deposits when exposed to radiated heat at temperatures of up to +280°C. It is also highly resistant to softening at elevated temperatures, providing optimum wear and corrosion wear and corrosion protection with excellent sealing performance.

Recommended for a wide range of industrial applications where continuous temperatures of up to +200°C are present, or where intermittent temperatures of up to +230°C are possible. Will not harden when exposed to radiated heat of up to +280°C in centralised lubrication systems.

Recommended for use in high temperature applications where bearings are subjected to extreme temperatures, such as in annealing and drying furnaces, rotary kilns, cooling beds, conveyor systems, hot air fans, electric motors, exhaust gas fans for aggressive media, stop valves in bulk material equipment, ejector pins in plastic-cast tools, gate valves in bulk material container systems.
