Drawsyn MD Series

Non-Water miscible drawing lubricant

Due to its composition Drawsyn MD series can be very well used for chip-less sheet forming of aluminium, steel and galvanised steel grades, particularly for parts with highest demands to the drawing efficiency. The product is not suitable for nonferrous heavy metals.

Drawsyn WM Plus

Water miscible drawing lubricant

Drawsyn WM is preferably used in the state at time of supply, however, it can also be used diluted with water depending on the forming operation. Due to its selected components, this drawing lubricant is especially used for chipless forming of rust-resistant stainless steels.

- Free-flowing, emulsified, mineral-oil-free additional lubricant

Drawsyn WS Plus

Fully synthetic water soluble drawing lubricant

Due to its composition the product is very well suitable for deep-drawing and ironing of all kinds of steel sheets, even of stainless qualities, as well as for precision blanking for material thickness up to 8 mm. Drawsyn WS is not suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.

- Water soluble, highly alloyed drawing and punching oil

- Based on synthetic esters

- With native and modified fatty components

Drawsyn CU

Ultimate performance water-soluble cooling lubricants for wire drawing

Texol Drawsyn™ CU, drawing of copper wires in the slipping secondary and fine wet drawing up to finished wire dimensions of 0,07 mm diameter. Also suitable for tinned copper wires in the slipping secondary and fine drawing. Texol Drawsyn™ CU, drawing copper wires in the rod break down. Due to its high temperature stability, especially suited for two-wire machines. Texol Drawsyn™ CU, is also suitable for deep drawing of steel and stainless steel. We have made positive experiences with deep drawing of kitchen sinks and cups of stainless steel with a material thickness of 0,5 to 1 mm

Fully synthetic water-soluble cooling lubricants for wire drawing

Texol Drawsyn™ CU-S, drawing of copper wire in the slipping intermediate and fine wet drawing up to finished wire diameters of 0,1 mm. The product is also suitable for tinned copper wires in the slipping intermediate and fine drawing. Texol Drawsyn™ CU-S, fine and extra-fine drawing of copper wires. Due to its special components, it is also suitable for inline and multi-wire machines as well as for annealing. Texol Drawsyn™ CU-S, special water-soluble admixture for continuous annealing for bare or tinned copper wire of all wire diameters. Tarnishing of wires will be prevented even at low proportioning.

Compared to conventional drawing emulsions, the life time is much longer
