Water-miscible high performance cooling lubricant

As the product does not contain any secondary amines, there is no danger of Nitrosamine formation according to our present knowledge. Furthermore, Texol Coolsyn™ VZF D -15 BRG is inhibited against the formation of nitrosamines, which means that even if there are any secondary amines and nitrites, no stable nitrosamines can be formed. Therefore, in case of exceeding the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611, it is not necessary to make a partial or complete change of the emulsion.

As the product does not contain any secondary amines, there is no danger of Nitrosamine formation according to our present knowledge. Furthermore, Texol Coolsyn™ VZF D -15 PLUS is inhibited against the formation of nitrosamines, this means that even if there are any secondary amines and nitrites, no stable nitrosamines can be formed. Even when exceeding the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 a partial or complete change of the emulsion is not necessary.

Coolsyn System Cleaner

High performance system cleaner

Texol Coolsyn System Cleaner with oil lubricated systems or components there is a need for regular oil changes, as application or outside influences may have changed the properties of the oil ( e.g. ageing, abrasion, contamination etc. ). The objective of the change to new oil is to secure safe operation and lubrication. Even with diligently carried out oil changes, often some used oil quantities remain in the system. By simple flushing of the system, this problem can be avoided.
